Do I own the designs I generate?
Yes. Every design you create on Merchu is yours to sell, license or modify, with full commercial rights on Etsy, eBay, Shopify and anywhere else you sell. We don't take a cut of your listings.
What about AI / trademark risk?
Merchu's generation pipeline avoids known trademarks, brand marks and copyrighted characters by default. You're still responsible for your own brief (if you ask for a specific brand, that's on you), and marketplaces run their own IP checks on what you list.
Where does the trend data come from?
Merchu tracks real search demand (the same volume data advertisers use) for over 70,000 t-shirt subjects across the UK and US, and cross-checks trends against sales signals from Etsy's bestseller lists. Rankings rebuild automatically every week, and every trend is vetted before it ships: duplicates merged, one-off fads culled and trademark risks gated out.
How is the print quality?
Our CMYK TIFFs are colour-accurate for DTF. They're the same files our own printer (1ClickPrint) runs every day. You can order transfers from inside Merchu or download the files and use any DTF printer of your choice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from Billing & Usage in your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan. No long contracts, no winding-up fees, and designs you've already generated are yours to keep.
