Delivery and returns
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Every transfer we print is made for one customer's artwork, so this page explains three things in plain English: when your order arrives, what you can change after paying, and what we do when a print is not right. Nothing here takes away rights you have under UK consumer law.
When your order arrives
At checkout each delivery option shows a date, not just a speed. We work it out from working days (Monday to Friday, minus England and Wales bank holidays) and the daily print cut-off, which is 1:30pm. Order before the cut-off on a working day and production starts that day. Order after it, or at the weekend, and production starts on the next working day.
The date you see when you pay is frozen onto your order. If we later change our production times, the promise we made you does not move. You can see it on your confirmation page, in your order history and in your confirmation email.
Delivery options
3-4 working days
Printed and dispatched the same working day when you order before the cut-off, then 3 to 4 working days with the carrier, delivered 8 am to 8 pm.
Next working day
Printed and dispatched the same working day when you order before the cut-off, then 1 working day with the carrier, delivered 9 am to 5 pm.
Pre 12:00
Printed and dispatched the same working day when you order before the cut-off, then 1 working day with the carrier.
Pre 10:30
Printed and dispatched the same working day when you order before the cut-off, then 1 working day with the carrier.
Delivery prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Spend £50 ex VAT and the 3-4 working days option is free, with £5 off the faster options. Once your parcel is with the carrier we email you the tracking number, where the service carries one.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only while we are in early access. The address form will not accept another country, and an order with a non-UK address is refused at the server as well. We would rather say no than quote you a date and a duty position we cannot stand behind. International delivery is on the list.
Changing or cancelling your order
Your artwork is released to the press as soon as your payment succeeds, which is how we hit the dispatch dates above. That means an order cannot be cancelled once it is paid: the film is committed and we cannot unprint it. Please check your sheets before you pay.
You can correct your delivery address at any time until the parcel is dispatched, from the order in your history.
If a print is not right
We stand behind what we print. If your transfers arrive damaged, misprinted, not what you ordered, or they never turn up, tell us within 30 days of dispatch and we will reprint or refund. You can report it from the order in your history: pick what went wrong, describe it, and add up to three photos.
Photos matter for print faults because they let us see the problem on the film and fix the cause. You do not need to post anything back to us. We answer every report, and the outcome shows on the order itself, so you are never left wondering whether it was received.
Personalised items and the 14 day rule
Most things you buy online come with a 14 day right to change your mind. Transfers printed from your own artwork do not, because they are made to your specification and cannot be resold to anyone else. This is set out in regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
It is also why paying commits the order. We start your film immediately, so there is no point at which nothing has been printed and you can still walk away. The section below is the right that does apply: if what we send is faulty or not as described, we put it right.
Faulty or not as described
The exemption above covers changing your mind. It does not touch your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, personalised or otherwise, and our guarantee is written to deliver that without you having to quote an Act at us.
